Dried fruit

Cashew nuts

Cashews contain a high amount of monounsaturated fatty acids, folic acid, vitamins B1 and B2, and a lot of magnesium, calcium, potassium, which are beneficial to the nervous system. They are rich in protein and arginine and contain a high percentage of PLANTS  that help reduce cholesterol absorption.

Peanuts

Peanuts are a source of vegetable protein (24. 35g per 100g of product), have a very low sodium content, contain little sugar. Peanuts are rich in fat, but they are   essential fats, represented by monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Peanuts are a source of Vitamin E, they possess a large quantity of Fibres and mineral salts, in particular Potassium, Phosphorus and Magnesium.

Almonds

Almonds contain unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6 and their regular consumption helps to control inflammatory processes, lowers cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. In addition, the almonds, due to their high content of vitamin E, provide an extra dose of antioxidants. Almonds contain high levels of fibre and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, phosphorus and zinc

Hazelnuts

Hazelnuts contain unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6 which help to control inflammatory processes. They also provide minerals such as copper, magnesium, calcium and potassium; and are a good natural source of vitamin E that acts as anantioxidant. Hazelnuts also contain fibres that facilitate intestinal transit and B vitamins such as B6 and folic acid, which are important for a healthy pregnancy and for the health of the new born baby.

Walnuts

Walnuts contain Omega 3  Omega 6 fatty acids and arginine, which protect against heart disease, as well as folic acid, which helps to reduce cholesterol. They are considered an important source of antioxidants thanks to vitamin E which prevents aging, certain types of cancer and cardiovascular disease. Nut also provides vitamins B1 and B6, which help muscles and the brain function well, and minerals such as copper, zinc, phosphorus and magnesium. The presence of fiber also helps the intestinal transit and prevents many types of cancer, such as colon cancer.

Pine nuts

Pine nuts are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and vegetable proteins with a high content of arginine, useful for preventing atherosclerosis. Pine kernels contain unsaturated fats, which help reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels and improve nervous system functions. Pine nuts also provide vitamin B1, folic acid, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Pistachios

Pistachios are an excellent source of vegetable proteins with a high arginine content. After almonds, they are the richest in protein in dried fruit. Pistachios have a high content of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which help to reduce the level of cholesterol and triglycerides and to control blood pressure. Pistachios contain copper, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium and vitamins, such as vitamin E and folic acid, which are precious for their antioxidant action.
